Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SmartLifeUtils ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you play Ink Bounce (the "Game") on iOS and Android.

By downloading or using the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Information we collect

Ink Bounce does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or contact details to play. We collect the following categories of information:

Information collected automatically

  • Device & technical data — device model, operating system version, language, region, and general hardware information.
  • Usage & gameplay data — levels played, scores, progress, session length, in-game events, and feature interactions.
  • Identifiers — advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID) and app-instance identifiers used for analytics and ads.
  • Diagnostic data — crash logs and performance data to help us fix problems.
  • Gaming profile & achievements — if you use leaderboards or achievements, your gaming profile, leaderboard scores, and achievement progress are processed by Google Play Games Services or Apple Game Center under their own policies.

Information you provide

  • Support requests — if you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.

2. How we use information

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Game.
  • To save and sync your progress and settings.
  • To measure performance, diagnose crashes, and fix bugs.
  • To display advertising, including personalized ads where permitted.
  • To process in-app purchases.
  • To respond to support requests and communicate with you.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.

3. Third-party services

We use trusted third-party services that may collect and process information on our behalf. Each has its own privacy policy:

  • Google AdMob (advertising) — serves ads and may use advertising identifiers to deliver and measure ads, including personalized advertising where allowed. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data.
  • Firebase Analytics (Google) — measures app usage and engagement. See Firebase privacy.
  • Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — collects crash and diagnostic data to help us fix stability issues.
  • Apple App Store / Google Play Billing — process in-app purchases. We do not receive or store your full payment card details; payment is handled by the platform.
  • Google Play Games Services (Android) — records leaderboards and achievements and processes your gaming profile. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Apple Game Center (iOS) — records leaderboards and achievements and processes your gaming profile. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising & tracking choices

The Game may show personalized ads based on advertising identifiers. You can control this:

  • iOS: App Tracking Transparency lets you allow or deny tracking. You can also disable tracking under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization under Settings → Google → Ads.

If you opt out, you may still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.

5. Platform gaming services (leaderboards & achievements)

Ink Bounce connects to Google Play Games Services on Android and Apple Game Center on iOS to record leaderboards and achievements. When you use these features, the platform provider (Google or Apple) processes your gaming profile and the scores or achievement progress you submit, under its own privacy policy. These services are optional and are controlled by your device and store-account settings. Ink Bounce does not create its own social profile, friends list, or chat, and does not receive your platform account credentials.

6. Children's privacy

Ink Bounce is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where required, ad partners are instructed to serve only non-personalized ads to users identified as children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers described above, to comply with the law, or to protect our rights, users, and the public.

8. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Analytics and diagnostic data are retained according to our service providers' standard retention periods.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the email below. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

11. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. We rely on our providers' safeguards for such transfers.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the Game. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
